I had a wonderful experience with Dan at this keswick Midas location. The issue of faulty U joints was discussed and resolved within 5 business hours + was told when I picked up the vehicle that the 3rd U joint was practically new when carefully inspected and did not need to be replaced after all as was accounted for as part of the quote which was approved. It is important to communicate with clients as we feel involved in the process and don’t feel as though we have no mechanical skill. Thanks again Dan for your customer service communication. Amazing job & extremely satisfied. Will definitely return and refer friends and or family.
The service is absolutely wonderful. Twice now they've been able to help me out of a jam. Went in for some work was gonna be alot bigger job than I expected but they worked with me and we were able to do the work over time as I could afford it. Honestly, I haven't been this happy with a mechanic since....since I don't know when.

My elderly Dad went into your shop today, to get a new car battery, the gentleman told my dad that the battery was top of the line with a 3yr warranty, the total cost was over $700, just to buy and to install battery. This cost was absolutely ridiculous that ppl get taken for a sucker , as I could’ve got a 5yr AGM group 47 for s285 and $70 to install at Canadian tire. Total cost was $401.55 that also included a $20 core. I will never come back and I’ll let me friends and family ( it’s just to bad because I use to come to you guys all the time. FYI: The company called my father the other day and told him that they had to buy a battery from other company .that’s why it was so expensive.The guy told me that he would give me back $145 and refund me difference for the cost of the battery. Went into the shop and I was only refunded $141 and never got back anything for the over priced battery They still charged me close to $600 for a standard 3yr warranty battery, which only should cost $180 to $225 max at Canadian tire . They. Lied about what I was suppose to get back I will be contacting head office
