Our son has been going to Master Mechanic Keswick for a few years and we had a very high quote from Toyota to do some work and he suggested we bring the car in there. Ann at the front desk was extremely helpful and looked over the quote and booked us an appointment. Very friendly and professional. We were extremely pleased with the work done and the professional service we received. The price for work completed was very reasonable and I felt they were very honest with the repairs that were needed to be done. We will definitely be bringing our car back to Master Mechanic for all our maintenance required.
Brought my car there once to get stuff done for safety spend around 3k and had a problem with it the next day. Brought it back charged me another 400$ and also had a new problem then next day. Can definitely say I do not recommend.
Called for pricing quote on an oil change. I was given a general quote. Gentleman said from $80 to $100+. I called so I can budget that wasn't helpful. They don't seem professional or helpful. All other places gave me a price quote like quicken lube and Canadian Tire. Not going here.
When it comes to safety issues and certifications, always consult official MTO guidelines. Do not trust third party or training documentation as referenced by many service stations. master mechanics seemed to be on the level, but should have given me a recommendation on a repair instead of making it necessary for a safety standard certificate. Wasted a lot of my valuable time for unnecessary secondary inspection. Always trust MTO guidelines, never trust others interpretations !
Took our 14 fusion in to have a tire swap and specifically, check an exhaust leak that we had a quote for from another company. All of this was mentioned in the online booking. Came to pick it up to find out they didn't even look at the exhaust. I guess they have enough business and don't need mine so I won't trouble you any more.
Please save your money. Extremely disappointed. Brought my car twice and still the issue was not solved. They told me to bring it in the 3rd time, so they could keep charging me and find more problems. I wasn't going to bring it the 3rd time. Lesson learned.
Came to the shop yesterday asking for help with my car that was smoking. Someone came out to look at it right away and then booked me their next service appointment. I felt appreciated as a customer and they took my concerns seriously. I feel like the work they did was honest and fair. I would absolutely use them again.
