Been inside that store twice, both times were disappointing. I definitely will never recommend this place and will never be returning. No acknowledgement of you whatsoever when you enter the store. Both times I wandered aimlessly, looking for what I needed, and was not approached at all. The employee shouted from the counter if I needed any help. Do better for your customers that come in to spend their hard earned money.
I am kinda shocked to see some of these reviews about bad service. I was in this store twice in the last few months looking for a high fibre food for my dog, the gentleman that helped me was fantastic, he was knowledgeable and very polite.
Excellent young lady on staff, today Say. March 4, 2023. Very knowledgeable. Really helped us with our teething puppy. Very pleasant personality. So glad we stopped in at this location. Much appreciated her assistance.
Love this place! They have what you need or get it fast! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Staff are super friendly and there is always a new product to review. My dogs and cats totally benefit from me shopping there!
For a small in sq footage store, it sure is packed neatly with everything you could want for your doggo! The employee that helped me today was very friendly and helpful. She showed me to what I was looking for and then proceeded to tell me all about the different kinds they offered. I definitely recommend this location.
It's a pet valu same as any other one. Most of the staff is friendly. Had one where I needed food for my dogs. I forgot my phone at home and don't have my wife's number memorized. When asked for the 10th bag free account thing I could not difinitavly say which one was hers. The cashier made it difficult to purchase the food without giving her the account. She was probably trying to be helpful. But when I said I don't really care about it (not those words exacly) and I wanted to just buy the food she kept insisting I didn't without the account. I eventually did leave with the dog food but should not have been that hard.
Always come here for my cat's pet food and needs. Everything we need is always in stock, the store is kept extremely clean and staff have always been very knowledgeable and helpful when we had questions on products.
