Came in to get a handful of things for my new puppy today and the staff who helped me pick out the right treats, toys, and collar. Although they didn't have options of food and water bowls I wanted or the bed I was looking for, she helped me a ton regardless. She explain a lot about the dog food as well. The staff was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this place for pet stuff
Went to Global pet foods to get some pumpkin for my puppy who was feeling under the weather. The service was excellent, the staff was so helpful and sympathetic to the health of our puppy. Grabbed a couple of bones and a pigs ear from my other dog while I was already there.
I sadly had to place my cat of 14 years with a family member far away 3 years ago (thank goodness she could take her) and 1 month ago I got a rescue that a guy took off and abandoned for 2 weeks at their apartment (maybe 4 yrs old but not sure yet) and because I wish to treat her like a queen and spoil her rotten I went into this keswick location a week ago and was delighted to be assisted by a wonderful friendly knowledgeable patient gal who although i didn't purchase everything I had her show me etc I did make a purchase with a "I'll be back" next week..well thankfully as soon as I walked in she greeted me and remembered exactly what I was back for and again the service was outstanding...definitely going to be my go to pet store for all of Shelby's needs!! thank you
Great customer service amazing selection very knowledgeable staff, this is our first choice when it comes to buying pet food, especially being in the pet industry we know that global pet foods always has the best interest of your pet in mind, this location in particular is great. Best pet store in Keswick!
My mom comes to this pet store and she says the staff is always friendly. They offer to help bring out things to your car for you, and always offer many Canadian pet products. She highly recommends them.

They are very friendly here. They do run out of stock occasionally on what I order but thier service is OUTSTANDING!!!!! I have always felt welcome here. Highly recommended.....
