Good selection and good staff. Very crowded with product almost like they need a bigger store to keep up with the population growth of the area. Still that small town feel.
Yesterday, I wanted to purchase the Cranes shown in the flyer. I was told they are on back-order with no delivery date. I ordered 2. I stopped in the Cannington Home Hardware to pick up something I forgot. Curious, I asked about the Cranes, they said they didn’t have any in stock, but the Keswick store had 35! Why wasn’t that mentioned in the Sutton store? I get competition, however, I would think that good customer service would keep me coming back. I did not receive good customer service yesterday and I am very disappointed. I was in Keswick today and purchased the 2 Cranes. They are really great and exactly what I wanted.
..like this store as seem to have lots for relatively small store..but covid service for pickup is frustrating..not online shopper.. cant get through on phone..only need 1 item..I tell em and let em.know can't get through for over 30 mins as I make call to them in their presence where phone isn't ringing on their end..like they shut their phones off! They still won't take order and say too bad..not impressed
I love Sutton Home Hardware! I was looking for a Christmas gift for a family member and Home Hardware was the only place that had this item. I bought one a while ago and love it. The place is clean, and the staff are very knowledgeable. I will definitely go here again.
Nice store but very expensive used to b home hardware was the go to place but i very seldom go anymore items too overpriced compared to other stores with similar items its a shame really
Nice big store, great selection and the staff were great! Staff directed me politely to everything I needed, and they have a lot of COVID measures in place which is nice.

Older gentleman saw me down an aisle, asked if I required help, as he continues walking past. It was not until I said yes I do, he came back and just stood there at the end. I was standing in front of pipe fittings and advised that I was looking for a reducer. He shook his head and threw his hands up in the air as if I had asked for the moon. I advised that I was looking for a specific size of reducer (which I know exists as I was going to go to Home Depot if they didn't have it) and I gave him details. He told me that such a thing doesn't exist and that I would have to buy multiple other pieces to achieve what I was trying to achieve. Very disappointed.
My favorite store of all. People are greatly helpful. Even my dog likes them...

Always have sale items in stock unlike some other homehardwares, nice and clean store. Also alow pets in!
