A few years back I ordered a dress close to $900, the owner assured me that was the final price however when she did not have the dress two weeks before the wedding (she forgot) she said I has to pay another $300 to have the dress on time. Very dishonest person!
Just had the most amazing experience with Jeanette! She met me once, yet, picked the most beautiful dress for my wedding, it’s what I would have picked for myself! She knows her clients and she knows her stuff! Treat yourself, go see this amazing lady!
I went a week ago with my daughter to look for a wedding dress. I tried on 3 that was available in my size. I was somewhat convinced by the owner, Jeanette, to buy the last one I tried by saying, "this and that can be done when altered." Not once during the time my daughter and I were there did the owner say, "NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES." So I paid in full, changed my mind less than 48 hours later, called her, and that's when she informed me of no refunds. She still has the dress in the store awaiting alterations in Aug. Don't know what to do.
