Been here a 2nd time, first time on my own, this time took my cousin. The experience was amazing. Easy booking process, clear instructions and the staff were very friendly. The jet ski can go up to 80 km/h, have 2 compartment for storage, and no need to worry about seaweed in the water. Worth the cost and the trip.

We were there on Aug 3 to rent Jetskis from the Krates Marina location and had a blast !!! Jess and the other Girl (I didn't catch Her name) were super friendly and provided amazing Customer service before, during and after the ride. Will definitely return to rent equipment from them in future.
We rented jet skis at the Friday Harbour location. Excellent experience! Beautiful location with amazing open water, well maintained jet skis and they are diligent about making sure they are gassed up. Max helped us out and he was absolutely amazing! So incredibly helpful, knowledge, patient and kind. Amazing customer service. Very clear direction and help as a first timer. We had a blast and we will be back!!

Worst experience ever seen, they dont have any rescue team, one of our member fell in water, i call them to send rescue team, they said we dont have , somehow we manage , its my first time experience, worst experience.
Greatest Jet Skiing experience. Very friendly, very accommodating staff! Will bring in more friends next time and will always recommend this place to anyone and everyone who asks. Kids too enjoyed. Quite a memorable day!
