Visited sterling this morning as I had a nail in my tire and was late to a meeting!!!! Sterling had me back on the road in no time and the customer service was amazing ! Super appreciative of these guys always !
Unimpressed with the service at Sterling Tire. Dropped off my snow blower tire with a promise of being ready in an hour. Not only was it not ready, but I was also told it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. When I couldn't return tomorrow and asked to retrieve my tire, it was treated like a discarded item, left out back for me to grab. Keeping promises and respecting customers' time is crucial for any business. Unfortunately, Sterling Tire fell short. 1/5 stars
Shocked! Bought winter tires for our work van, appointment was at 9am. Tires were removed from rims, winters put on, balanced, summers taken to be stored around back, paid! Checked my clock when I got on woodbine...9:24am Pardon? Stop going to crappy tire for tire care, I'd still be sitting in the lobby waiting for them to get the van in. Sterling Tire has been the best place to get tires since I’ve been driving, over 25 years! Sterling Tire has been so good to everyone I know that has gone there, I go out of my way to shop there because it’s always the best deal and the best service. Thanks to everyone at Sterling Tire, your new shop is amazing and you still give the best service anyone could ask for, great job as always. P.s. the free cookies while I waited for the wifes winters was better than a 4-hour nap because you were done in 20 minutes and I wasn’t slumped in the chair anymore after scrubbing and shining my winter rims all morning before you put them on faster than I could put air in them, I like to have the rims and tires presentable to you before you have to install them so I scrub, shine and put air in them before I bring them to you. We really appreciate the great price on the new winter tires after our last set lasted 15 years, I can’t believe how fast you got the old tires off the rims and the new tires on, thanks Sterling Tire for keeping us safe and informed, we are very appreciative of the service you provide.
They’re amazing! A local shop messed up my balance to the point I couldn’t drive, I needed it fixed to drive to the states that same week. They got me all fixed up and it drives better than ever!!! Highly recommended!!! Thank you!!!
Amazing service. Bought some rims and tires from Sterling and had a delamination problem on the rims. Sterling fought for me with the company to honor there warranty and when they didn't the owner did. Replacement rims, mounted and new lugs out of his pocket. Amazing. I'll be back.
It's always a pleasure with Sterling. The new facility is amazing - huge showroom and waiting room, tons of display wheels. Highly recommend for all tire and wheel needs. Adding a 2024 update after buying another set of tires - reiterating the above comments, plus a mention that Josh and Curtis always go above and beyond to get their customers exactly what they need. I can't recommend them enough
