They host a teeth cleaning clinic and have always been amazingly friendly and helpful. During a snow storm, they went above and beyond, accommodating us by babysitting our little dog so we could make our snow tire appointment on time.

ADG in keswick is fantastic. The staff are super friendly, and are always willing to answer questions. Their knowledge of dogs is incredible. The food is always fresh and I love how it is packaged - making it super easy to bring raw food anywhere.
I used to regularly purchase cases of rabbit from the Keswick location but have found the price to be astronomically higher than others. I would have loved to continue purchasing from them as the service is great, but cant justify a difference of over $90 dollars a month for the same amount of food and it's delivered to my home. They are very helpful and great people to deal with.
We are a little family and just recently got our first family puppy. We visited the keswick location and great experience! They helped us out with picking some puppy safe treats and my two sons had a blast picking out some yummy treats for our puppy Roger!
ADR has many great quality products that I’ve been using for years already. I visited yesterday for the first time after seeing a post about their customer appreciation day online and I’m glad I did! I’ve been raw feeding and dehydrating most of my own treats for over 15 years but it’s nice to grab some things I’m out of stock of or things I don’t usually get such as raw beaver meat which my dogs devoured quickly and happily and dehydrated lamb lung. I dehydrate my own beef liver and beef lung and have lamb liver but lamb lung is not something I regularly have so it was a nice surprise. I aso picked up some dehydrated items from Quail Valley Pet Treats (another company I love!). I picked up a jar of Organic Berry Blast by North Hound Life as I was out of my usual berry supplement at home. I’m glad to have found North Hound Life as they offer many of the same products I buy from 4 Leaf Rover and seem to be similar in quality except North Hound Life is a Canadian company based out of Muskoka, Ontario and 4 Leaf Rover is an American company. So far, I added the berry blast to their beaver meal last night and they gobbled it up! Both my dogs are happy girls!
The girl was very helpful the store was not open the day we took Harley there for a bath but she let us in anyway we had fun because it was his first time and he loved it
