Stopped by this morning with a 7 year old paint chip to have a gallon of paint mixed up. We told them "close enough" is fine by us. Well we where so surprised and pleased in how close it is. The care that was taken to match the "satin" and color was 99% perfect. I've been buying paint from this store for 7 years. I will not stray. Great staff and the level of detail is always spot on.
The people that work here are amazing! I needed a custom stain made up for my stair treads to match my existing flooring. I ended up bringing a tread for them to test out various samples. Ended up matching perfectly. Their customer service was amazing. Also their selection of professional paint supplies is great. Highly recommend!
Terrible service. One person working, waited over 20 minutes without any assistance. Left the store and will never return. Partially blame customer at counter who thought hers was the only paint needed and wouldn’t stop talking about anything and everything. Way overpriced
We had bought a new shed and the builder recommended Benjamin Moore paint. The color I wanted turned out to be darker than what we wanted. The manager showed us paint chips with different shades of the original color. He sold us on a cheaper paint than what was recommended by the builder. The shed is now painted and we are happy with the color. Thanks for your help.
Very knowledgeable owner. She actually uses the products - gave me good advice for me to complete my project. The home hardware staff have zero hands on experience. So for keswick - highly recommend
This place is amazing. I’ve been buying my paint here for years. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I like that they open early in the morning. They have a colour specialist on premises.
We rarely write reviews on stores but this is exceptionally bad. We ordered paint and specified the number code and sheens we wanted. We went home with the paint and applied one of them on some of our trims until we noticed the color difference with the wall, that was supposed to blend with it. We noticed that the container was not labeled on top. We went back to the store to report it but refused to exchange it because it was already opened and reduced. Of course, it was reduced because we started painting some but have not completed the rest of our paint jobs. It was not even an eight of the amount that was reduced. In the first place, it was already an inconvenience for us to redo the trim painting because of their mistake. We were not asking to return it...all we need was to get the right kind of paint color which we even specified and trusted that they know what they're doing...it's supposedly their expertise as they claimed. This is completely an unacceptable response to a customer complaint which in every angle has been the store's fault. They were even insisting that we ordered that color which we have never even knew or heard of before, and in the first place, the fact that it was their fault makes this a very bad customer service. I'm sorry but you have just lost our business and I'm hoping you will do something to improve your evaluation of customer issues specially if it's due to your mistakes and negligence before turning people away. We are not coming back to this store.
