Awesome interaction with Julia in parts. I needed a temperature sensor and Quinn's was the only dealer in southern Ontario to stock it. Julia was super professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
I just got into boating middle of last year and I buy all my oils and Greece they're their friendly, pleasant, and it's pretty awesome there too. You can launch your boat there. I think it's $25 if I remember corrected and you go fishing or do whatever you want to do the shop is nice and clean and service is awesome!
Bought our new (to us) Rinker from a friend who stored and maintained the FV 270 here for 5 yrs. Service and integrity above reproach, we plan on continuing to winter our new toy here even though it is across Lake Simcoe from our summer Birth in Friday Harbour.
I have dealt with Quinns' parts department 3 times recently. Each time it has been a different lady. They all were very polite, professional and found parts that other places couldn't. Impressed!
I'm a new customer at Quinns. I purchased a new Skidoo for my daughter here and they really go out of their way to help. I keep coming back but the 1hr drive is worth it!
Bought an ATV here almost a year ago now and will never go here again. Service is horrible and lady was extremely rude after several calls to find out the status of our machine. When we originally called we were told 1-2 days turn around. 1 week later we finally get our ATV back and a $500+ bill with no call from Quinn's EVER with a quote/estimate for the repair.
They provide terrible customer service, and have no people skills...anything they promise on the site is false hope to new customers. They have convience to where the location of the marina is that's all that is working in their favor.
