Tyler from the meat dept was absolutely excellent, he was patient and accommodating, and overall a charming young man. He provided me with some great options for a prime roast, and had it arranged to be cut and picked up in hour. Fantastic service!!
Honestly the tall guy in the deli with blonde hair named Ben needs to be fired he's ignorant and has zero people or customer service skills the owner will be hearing from me it's been over 3 different occasions and which I've had a problem with this idiot and I spend over 150 -300 a week there hopefully the owner will get this issues solved and teach him how to handle locals/people before he loses alot of business
This WAS the only place that I would buy my meat. At least twice a month we would have custom steaks cut. 2 inch thick rib eyes at a cost of aprox $180 for 4. Today I called to make sure the butcher was in as it was an hour before closing, the girl checked and said yes. Told her perfect we are on our way. Only to get there and be told the butcher left 10 minutes ago and they were cleaning the machine. They lost more than a $200 sale today. I will never set foot in the store again. Sorry Peter.
Discriminates against individuals medically exempt from a mask! Owner claims to make his own rules and decides who he serves in a public business! Curbside pickup and home delivery is not a preferred method of shopping for certain people but he does not care!!
I can’t understand how a place of business can continues to operate when they discriminate against those with medical exemptions. Inclusion is important. Kindness and understanding are too.
