5 corners car was as fallen off after the ownership change. You can no longer use your debit card nor the “5 corners car wash” app and the self wash equipment never works quite right or just strait up runs out of soap. Just today I got stabbed from metal wires poking out of one of the pressure washer hoses, now I need a tetanus shot…
Hate the new touch screens at the pumps.. I tried once, and the touch screen wouldnt work. Nothing was happening. And then it cancelled itself. And then I tried again, thought I was getting somewhere and then transaction not complete again. Had to go inside. These screens suck already. Big mistake. Maybe should have made more room to park in the instead!!!!
I punched in $70 at the pump. I looked at my banking app later, at home, it shows that I made a $75.85 "in-store purchase "? I didn't enter the store and have 2 witnesses to prove this. This place is run buy crooks!!
Guy who fills propane tanks hates his life and wouldn’t fill my tank. He’s miserable and treats customers horribly. Terrible gas station would never go back. The guy at the front desk is rude as well. I’d rather drive anywhere else than go to this location ever again.
Unpleasant. It doesn't take much effort communicate politely and it feels like none was taken here. Not a typical shell experience, very unfortunate mark against a great brand.
Their car wash is terrible and always leaves behind dirt and soap. Also, the staff don’t help or care about the customers. I recommend choosing another shell location.
I will never go here again. The man behind the counter at 5pm on July 13 was incredibly rude to me. I am brand new to Keswick, literally was moving in that day. My husband and I wanted to go check out the beach after a sweaty day of moving, but realized we needed change for parking. I went in to purchase something and break my $20 for some change (thinking its rude of me not to buy something and to just ask for change). He downright refused to give me any change. I asked if he could give me a $5 and some toonies and loonies. Which was approx $12 in change. I did not think I was being unreasonable in my request, and forgive me if I am not allowed to request what type of change I received. He rudely told me he would not give me change and that he is not a substitute for a bank. I told him no banks are open on a Saturday evening and I was on the way to the beach. He continued to argue that he would not give me any change, which at this point it was getting a bit ridiculous. I was so shocked at how unpleasant he was, and he wouldn't compromise on even $5 in change either. I should have returned the mints I bought, but I Was so surprised at how I was treated. Went to the Daisy Mart across from Food Basics and he gave me $5 in change no questions asked, and even no purchase. Safe to say I will be going there from now on, and never going back to this Shell station, convenient or not. It's not worth it being spoken to and treated so rudely.
