The food is good, but the one tall gentleman that is usually the one that takes the orders, is so grumpy. I find him intimidating and looks so mad even when asking him for a little container of ketchup as I went to share a family size fries with my boys who are kids and 2 love ketchup were 2 don't. So I asked for some ketchup and he rolled his eyes and put them smallest amount on a container, I kind of smiled and said I'm sorry but I will much more then that and could I have 3 as there are 6 of us sharing, I even offered a quarter to over the cost of the containers. He looked so annoyed with having to get the ketchup for us, then I came back as he hadn't even us our drinks... Which apparently was a real problem that he had to get those too... It has made me think about going back as this type of behavior is every time we go, not a one off bad day... We are always polite and even try to make him a smile, and nope. I get the job can he hot and uncomfortable, but he has made us think twice about going. Because he makes you feel like he doesn't want you there.
I was just at a family function and had their veal and lasagna and ceasar salad. Ordered for 30 people. Was absolutely delicious. And portions were not stingy. Great food and quality service
A nice little food truck in Keswick. They offer a variety of food options burgers, grilled cheese, tacos, poutine, fries, and more. We had the truffle fries, brisket grilled cheese, jerk chicken tacos, and brisket tacos. All were beautifully prepared, flavourful, and well presented. They were made very quickly and service was very good. They have a few picnic tables to enjoy your meal at. **This is a cash only establishment, so come prepared. ** update. After about a year since we last ordered food from here we decided to stop for late lunch during our work day and ordered fish a chips as well as a "Large" beef brisket sandwich. When we arriv3s home to eat the fish looked very well done and pretty dark but when we opened it up the meat was still pink and soft and was obviously undercooked. The batter was overcooked, and bitter, the aftertaste seemed like the oil hasn't been changed in a long time. My daughter noticed the fries tasted "fishy" and we kept getting bites that tasted like the bad spots in the potatoes weren't cut out of them before cooking - very earthy/dirty taste(I have worked in kitchens as a cook myself). My sandwich was so light on the brisket I really don't know how this could be a "large", the reason I ordered it, so I wasn't given a tiny amount of meat but I was wrong. A single, thin sandwich all served up with a driest personality you can imagine. Friendly customer service is definitely NOT what you'll get here. It's a shame...it started out being pretty good quality but has deteriorated in looks, service and quality so much that we will never go back again. My wife and daughter both had upset stomachs after the fish even when we cooked it fully.
Decided to try the “taco trio” after seeing the WHOPPING 4.8 Google review….. Was not worth the 12 dollars for three double layered corn tortillas - which weren’t even heated? So they fell apart… PLUS, they was hardly even anything in them??? Authentic tacos- meat, onion, salsa, cilantro… this just wasn’t it. Will not be back..
Disappointed. I waited 20 mins only to watch a large group who came after me get their food before me. Sigh! The poutine was ok. However I feel there was some old fries. The hamburger tasted old. I ate most of the poutine and threw out the hamburger. I waited for this stuff? No I won't go back.
Use to support weekly, now they want you to wear a mask while you wait outside so no more support from me. Time to take a stand for freedom and for science
