Left our German Shepherd for 8 nights this time after a 'test' of 3 nights a few weeks ago. The staff are wonderfully polite and knowledgeable. They sent a short video on the first day just to show that our dog was settling in. It's comforting to know that any of the staff I spoke with were keeping an eye on my dog and making sure he was ok. Have already booked him for the Christmas holidays for 10 nights and then for another 16 nights later in Jan. I'm confident that he will be well taken care of.
The best place on earth for dogs. They can handle small and large breeds alike so whether you have a Pomeranian or a mastiff, they know what to do. I don't trust anyone to take care of my dogs except K9 acres.
The best ever. We have been sending our boy JD there for over 4 years and he loves it there. We sent our girl bailey for the first time this year and now she loves it too. They take awesome care of them and their consept is like no other. Excellent service. Very happy and will always recommend. You guys are the best.
I don't even know where to start! Red flags from the moment I dropped off my pup to the minute he was picked up! *Dropping him off they left him outside. *Nail trim was incomplete he almost scratch the kids. *Payment on the phone at the office wasn't working and I wasn't about to pay them online when I don't even know who they are. *My dog was overly energetic when picked up got nervous pooped in the office. *No updates when they told me they would send photos to ease my mind. Had to call twice to check up on him. Asked for my refund through etransfer they wanted me to come pick It up... I went over to pick it up for them to tell me they would etransfer....such a waste of my time. So unorganized...Never again! They don't even offer tours around the facility so who knows what goes on in there...
I have been boarding my dog Lady here since they opened. She loves it there! The staff and owners are amazing! I would recommend them to everyone! They post lots of pictures of the dogs that are boarding on there Instagram account! ?
My experience was horrible, the place smells terrible and has small dark runs inside I would never take my dog here again! Our dog got also got kennel cough while being here!
