It's nice that the assistants come out and help key in your preference for a car wash, because it's hard for smaller people to reach the panel to make any selections . Otherwise I would have to get out of the car.
Came back today to rejoin as a Premium member and the customer service was too notch. Danielle was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. I've always loved Halo since they came to Keswick and have never had any complaints. One of the best car washes I've been to in the area as well as in the GTA. Membership is definitely worth the price - highly recommend.
Amazing experience here today. When the car wash alone couldn’t get all the dead bugs and dirt off of my vehicle, Danielle and Sarah came out with cleaner and rags and together sprayed and scrubbed. If that wasn’t above and beyond, they then gave me another wash for free! Amazing customer service. I will definitely be back! Thanks ladies!!
I've consistently been happy with the quality of the wash and the friendly service at Halo. That said, I was disappointed that my membership changed multiple times—starting with unlimited washes, then dropping to 15 per month, and now only allowing one wash per day. These changes weren’t communicated clearly and felt unfair given the original terms - the only place I noted of the change was at the vacuum area which I don't usually go to, and their website. Overall experience remains positive, but I haven't really encountered an issue with long lines as Management has mentioned. Anytime I have I just went back at a different time and not during rush hour.
I would like to extend a big shout out to Danielle who has been fabulous with her consistent kind nature and professionalism. She’s always a friendly face but has helped me with anything I’ve needed. Shes a top staff!!!
Usually a good experience, but was sold the wrong option, and they couldn't refund and switch to the better option because the system was down.. so now I'm allegedly stuck paying for a month for the unlimited premium, which is more expensie, when I wanted the limited platinum, which is a better wash. Guys tried to help, but didn't know how to handle this issue beyond requesting an upgrade on the next billing cycle..
I’ve never used this car wash before, but a friend had recommended it to me. Upon arriving I was very confused about all the different wash types, but your employee Austin was very informative and helpful to select the appropriate wash for me. He was very outgoing, friendly and overall very caring. I would totally recommend this car wash as their employees have great customer service.
